We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. Anything sent over the weekend is answered on Monday morning.
Before you write
If your message is about an order, include your order number — it begins with a # and is at the top of your confirmation email. If something arrived damaged, attach a photo. It means we can send a replacement straight away instead of writing back to ask.
